Thank You Jamie!

A big War Eagle goes out to Jamie Bradfield for his inspired leadership of our club over the past 2 years. During Jamie's tenure the club built on the leadership of previous president Tim Ellen. Scholarship luncheons, annual meetings,viewing parties, picnics and working through the new Unity Program were all successful thanks to Jamie.     

With great momentum coming off our annual meeting with record attendance, I hope you will stay engaged in our local club. The first thing you can do is to become a member.   As you know you automaticly become a member of the WGAC by joining the Auburn Alumni Association. There are no memebrships to just the WGAC. This new structure is known as Unity. It is designed to increase memebrship in the Auburn Alumni Association and to more closely align the local clubs with the Auburn Alumni Association.

To join go on the internet to Auburn Alumni Association, click on memebrship Unity 2011and then click on West Georgia Auburn Club. Your membership will be added to our master list so you will receive email blasts from our local club.   Next event will be our back to school picnic which has been a great success the apst 2 years. Look for details soon. It should be an exciting year ahead for us all a reigning National Champions.
